Please see the attached flyer about this year's Flu Shot Clinic at Jones Cove Elementary. The deadline for signing the online consent form is October 14th, and the Sevier County Health Department will be at Jones Cove on October 19th to give the shots. You can scan the QR code attached to the flyer or use the link below to sign the consent form for your child to receive a flu shot.
